These brocade Green Tara Lokta Notebooks have been made using handmade Nepal paper and are bound with a cover of Brocade with Green Tara. They contain 50 pages made of "Lokta" paper and measure 6" x 8". The "Lokta" paper is made of Daphne Paper. It is hand made using a traditional method without involving any mechanical equipment, and no chemicals are used.
Daphne paper (or Lokta in Nepalese) is sourced from one of the most natural and sustainable plant fibres. For over a millennium it has been produced according to Himalayan tradition, using the Daphne shrub which only grows in the foothills of the Himalayas.
These lovely notebooks made an ideal Eco-Friendly gift for family and friends.
