Bronze Tingsha - Ashtamangala 7.5cm

The Ashtamangala is a sacred suite of Eight Auspicious Signs endemic to a number of religions such as Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism. The symbols or "symbolic attributes" are yidam and teaching tools. Tingsa or Tingsha are two small cymbals that are used by Buddhists during offerings, prayer and meditation. The cymbals are generally joined together by a leather strap and produce a clear, high pitched ringing tone when struck together.
